My name is Yizixuan Yuan, and I'm from Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University! I have just finished my first week at UCLA—it was amazing. I notice that my trip happens to coincide with the centenary at UCLA.
The environment of the campus is quite beautiful and fascinating, with numerous distinctive buildings and a large amount of public green space. People here are also friendly and helpful. Walking on such a campus, I sincerely feel delightful every day. The climate here in LA is quite pleasant. The sun is shining brightly here, and I can’t help but smile.
I went to Santa Monica Beach with my friends during the weekend to have a wonderful sunbathe. The blue sea was so refreshing, and we all enjoyed the incomparable beauty of our surroundings. We also went to Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. and had a nice lunch. The trip is so memorable, and I hope my friends and I can have more fun and enjoy our study life at UCLA in the following weeks.
