Under the leadership Of Beijing Municipal Education Commission, Beijing International Education Exchange Center serves as Beijing's beacon for international education exchanges and cooperation. Beijing Jiaotong University is one of the oldest universities in mainland China and lauded for its position as one of the globe's leading universities in transportation science and technology. Known locally as JiaoDa, this prestigious university is part of the Ministry of Education's Project 211, classifying it as a top Chinese university. It is also a Double First Class Discipline University, with Double First Class status in certain disciplines and adheres to its motto of ‘knowing and doing,’ fostering a pioneering attitude in its undergrad lectures and world-class research.

Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, or BUCEA, is a renowned institution in engineering, and the only architectural school in Beijing. BUCEA is sponsored by the People’s Government of Beijing Municipality and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China. It has several international innovation cooperation platforms, working in partnership with numerous universities and research institutions across many countries and regions.

Consitently recognized for its excellence in undergraduate teaching, Capital Normal University has strong international exchange links across Europe and the United States. Founded in 1954, the Beijing university was once a teacher-training college, but it is now a Chinese Ministry of Education Double First Class Discipline University with strengths in literatire, politics, sciences and educations, with Double First Class status in certain disciplines.

Founded in 1956, Capital University of Economics and Business (CUED), is a key university under Beijing's municipal government. Over the past 60 years, the school has trained 180,000 outstanding talents for the country and Beijing. The school's business alumni have flourished in positions around the world, and have become important overseas ambassadors in China's name.

The oldest university in the country, the Catholic University of Korea is also one of the most prestigious institutions of higher education in South Korea. Central China Normal University (CCNU) , located in Central China Normal University Community, Luonan Subdistrict, Hongshan District in Wuhan, the capital of Hubei Province, is a comprehensive university directly under the administration of the Chinese Ministry of Education. It is one of the schools included in the "Project 211", and is also funded by the "Project 985". It is a Chinese Ministry of Education Double First Class Discipline University, with Double First Class status in certain disciplines.
